Nop, our blends are make with 100% natural products, without any kind of additives, preservatives not even added sugar.
Our products are frozen and must remain in that state until the preparation time.
To prepare, you only have to pull the product out of the sachet and mix it with your drink of preference (Milk, plant-based milk or water are some of the options). To obtain a more homogeneous mixture we recommend the use of a blender.
You can consume Smoothology as Smoothie or Bowl. For Smoothies just pour 150ml of your favorite drink and for Bowl just pour 100 ml.
